The Great Minnesota Get-Together is happening down the road — so we’re bringing a little bit of the fairgrounds to Hudson Blvd. For two weeks only, we’re rolling out six brand-new, scratch-made dishes inspired by classic State Fair food, done the Lakewood way. No lines, no lawn chairs, no wondering if it’s been sitting under a heat lamp — just real fair flavor, made fresh in our kitchen.

The Menu

Pork Belly Bao Buns — $11.99
Two bao buns filled with barbecued pork belly, pickled vegetables, Sriracha, and homemade yum yum sauce. Garnished with cilantro.

Honey Brisket Battered Potatoes — $12.99
Deep-fried battered potato medallions topped with BBQ beef brisket, smothered in queso, and drizzled with hot honey.

Tacos de Mole — $12.99
Two flour tortillas filled with tinga, shredded jack, and homemade mole sauce, fried golden brown and drizzled with more mole. Garnished with crema and queso fresco.

Walking Chopped Italian Sub — $15.99
Diced salami, pepperoni, shredded romaine, pepperoncinis, black olives, tomatoes, red onion, and mozzarella balls tossed in homemade Italian dressing. Topped with parmesan and garlic kettle chips, drizzled with chipotle aioli.

Elote Tater Tots — $11.99
Tater tots topped with queso, roasted corn, and diced green peppers, drizzled with paprika-chili crema aioli. Garnished with queso fresco and Tajín.

Pickle Dog Egg Rolls — $11.99
Two jumbo egg rolls filled with pickles, ham, and cream cheese, fried golden brown. Served with spicy dill ranch.
